🟧 In-Game Help — Tutors
Doubts about how the game works? Active players appointed as Tutors are there to help you. They speak in orange in the Help channel and answer your questions about quests, mechanics, items and where to go. Tutors are ordinary players who love the game. Their only power is to chat in orange to guide you — they cannot ban, teleport, give items or change anything in the world.
🎫 Talk to a Gamemaster — Ticket
Need to reach a Gamemaster — to report a rule violation, a bug, a stuck character or an account issue? Open a Ticket from your account. Your message goes straight to the staff and stays recorded in your account history. Please do not message Gamemasters directly in the game — the Ticket is the official, tracked way to be answered.
