Market Offline
The Offline Market lets you keep selling your equipment and supplies even while you are
away from Tibia. You set up a personal stall, log out, and your character stays behind as a living
merchant. Other adventurers can buy from you at any time — and the gold is waiting for you the
next time you log in.
Where can I trade?
The Offline Market can only be opened inside the Depot of each city. Travel to any city,
step into its Depot, and you are ready to set up shop. Stalls cannot be opened out in the wild, in houses,
or anywhere outside a city Depot.
How does it work?
- First, purchase a temporary Market License from the in-game Store. The license lasts
5 days and stacks if you buy more.
- Enter the Depot of any city. Right-click your own character and choose
Open Market to bring up the trading window.
- Place the items you wish to sell in your main backpack, then select them and set a
price for each one.
- Once an item is added to the market it leaves your backpack and is held safely in your stall until it
sells or you take it back.
- Backpacks may only carry identical items, and only Runes,
Ammunition and Food may be sold from inside a backpack.
- You may add a short description (up to 30 characters) following KrovOt’s naming
rules.
- To go live, choose Start Market. The 3×3 tiles around you must be clear of
other players, and you cannot start too close to another active stall.
- When the market starts, your character is automatically logged out and stays in the
Depot as a standing merchant — wearing your outfit, showing your name, facing forward and marked
with a trade icon so everyone knows you are selling.
- Any player can walk up to your stall, right-click it and Buy what they need. The item
is handed over instantly.
- The gold from every sale is delivered straight to your character the next time you
log in.
- When you log back in, your merchant disappears and you return to the game with your earnings.
